At Cicero Consulting, leadership is driven by experience, vision, and disciplined project execution. The firm was founded by Mr. Aditya Thaker, together with Mr. Varghese Ninan and Mr. Arvind Patel, with a shared belief that successful real estate development requires structured leadership, technical expertise, and a holistic approach from concept to completion.
In 2021, Aditya began collaborating with Ms. June McCreight, whose decades of hospitality industry experience brought strong operational insight to the company. Recognizing the strength of this partnership, he later invited her to join Cicero as Director of Operations, where she now plays a key role in shaping the firm’s operational and strategic direction.

With over 15 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Aditya Thaker brings strong technical expertise and international project exposure to Cicero Consulting. His background includes working on high-rise and skyscraper developments in New York City, where he gained valuable experience in complex urban construction environments and high-performance project management.
At Cicero, Aditya leads development strategy and serves as the primary point of contact for major projects. Driven by results and disciplined project leadership, his focus is clear: to deliver projects on time, within budget, and beyond client expectations.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, June McCreight brings exceptional operational expertise to Cicero Consulting. Her career spans hotel operations, capital improvement programs, hotel turnarounds, and large-scale development support across the United States.
She has led hotel openings and operational transitions, overseeing design vetting, procurement and delivery of FF&E and OS&E, while coordinating closely with ownership groups, construction teams, management companies, and brand franchises to ensure seamless project delivery. June is also the creator of COBA CMMS ©, a proprietary maintenance management system implemented in hotels across the United States to enhance operational efficiency and long-term asset performance.
