overseeing the hotel’s comprehensive renovation. The scope included coordinating architectural drawings with the PIP requirements and design team, supervising the full remodel of guest rooms, public areas, and offices, and organizing purchase orders with multiple vendors.

Cicero also coordinated the financing, delivery, and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring the project met brand standards and was completed efficiently.
