A 126-room hospitality development where Cicero Consulting served as the Owner's Representative, providing comprehensive oversight from development through operational launch.

Cicero managed the coordination of architectural and engineering drawings with all design consultants, led the contractor bidding and leveling process, and oversaw construction execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. The team also worked closely with bank-appointed consultants to review monthly billing, monitor financial progress, and maintain accurate schedule and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition, Cicero directed the procurement, scheduling, and installation of FF&E and OS&E, while also supporting operational readiness by assisting with the hiring and training of the hotel's operations team prior to opening.
