Cicero was engaged as the owner’s representative for the development of an 80-room Holiday Inn Express hotel built from the ground up.

The team coordinated drawings across multiple design consultants, managed contractor bidding and leveling, and supervised construction execution throughout the build.

In parallel, Cicero facilitated monthly billing reviews with the bank’s consultant and coordinated all opening requirements, including FF&E, OS&E, technology systems, and utilities. Careful monitoring of schedules and financials ensured the project progressed efficiently toward a successful launch.
